James Ladd
Co-Founder
A veteran Product Manager with experience ranging from large Fortune 500 companies (eBay) to co-founding a venture backed start-up (Vertascale), James brings extensive business process, operations and analytics experience to Ladd Partners. James has over 7 years of SalesForce and Certinia experience, both as an end user and as an implementation partner, he is also Rootstock ERP Certified. James holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. In his spare time he keeps busy as the father of two teenage girls, and moonlights as a wanna-be blues guitarist.

Krista Ladd
Co-Founder
Krista co-founded Ladd Partners in 2015 after an extensive career both in and around ERP implementations. After years of working with SAP and Oracle, Krista found Certinia and the Salesforce ecosystem to be a refreshing change, and she wanted to build a company to help others implement the software successfully. Ladd Partners goal is Customer Success and we strive for every project to be a 5/5 customer satisfaction score. Krista plays multiple roles at Ladd Partners including Executive, Solutions Architect and Project Manager. Krista holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, ERP and FIN Certifications in Rootstock and is PMP certified. Outside of work you'll find Krista walking her dogs, spending time with her family, working out on the Peloton or enjoying a really good glass of wine in her sunny California backyard.

Amy Ledbetter
Sr. Implementation Consultant
Amy Ledbetter is an enthusiastic and dedicated Salesforce Certified Professional with a passion for developing efficient systems and processes and a keen attention to detail. Throughout her career, Amy has held a variety of positions in Operations, Sales, and Management. She is a founding member and on the leadership team of 100 Women Who Give a Hoot - Raleigh Chapter where she is the volunteer Salesforce Administrator. As an Implementation Consultant at Ladd Partners, Amy utilizes her expertise in Salesforce, Certinia, and Rootstock along with strong communications and people skills to provide innovative solutions and drive implementations to results. Amy lives in North Carolina, the proud wife of a United States Marine, and in her free time she enjoys cooking (as long as there’s a recipe), taking long road trips (as long as she’s not driving), Kakuro, and sitting around a fire pit with friends.

Ariel Taylor
Associate Implementation Consultant / Support
Ariel is a skilled Dynamic Consultant and Project Manager with a wealth of experience in troubleshooting, configuring, and customizing Certinia orgs. With a strong background in customer service, Salesforce, and Certinia, as well as certification as an administrator, Ariel is well-equipped to proactively tackle the challenges her clients face. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ariel is also a proud veteran wife who generously volunteers her time to assist non-profit organizations. She works with Allied Airlift 21 to help with Salesforce needs and serves as a mentor for Merivis. Ariel’s dedication to giving back to her community is a testament to her character and commitment to making a positive impact on those around her. In her free time, Ariel enjoys cooking and participating in sports activities with her son. She also loves traveling with her family and experiencing new cultures and destinations.

Ashlee Deal
Associate Implementation Consultant
As a consultant, Ashlee brings over 10 years of financial advisory experience serving high net worth individuals and corporate leadership teams. Her expertise in technology suite management and integration has fostered an affinity for Salesforce, leading her to become a Certified Salesforce Administrator. Alongside her notable credentials as an MBA, Certified Public Accountant, and Professional Scrum Master, Ashlee seamlessly combines strategic planning, process automation, and employee training skills with her passion for in-depth analysis and problem-solving. Collaborating closely with clients, she is committed to delivering exceptional results. Beyond her professional pursuits, Ashlee finds joy in hiking through National Parks, sharing her travel photography, and supporting her husband's career in film and military service.

Asia Hahn
Principal Implementation Consultant
Dynamic consultant with a corporate accounting background and 5+ years in implementing, training, and calibrating the Certinia Accounting application. Her experience with SCM (Supply Chain Management) and Ladd Partner’s Cannabis Essentials allows her to provide comprehensive support to her colleagues and clients on top of her core products. Asia is a valuable asset to the cannabis projects at Ladd Partners, having worked as a Senior Accountant in the first public cannabis company in the US to have achieved the Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.

Brandon Pierre
Principal Project Manager
Brandon is an experienced and certified agile Scrum Master and Project Manager with a knack for delivering successful projects. He has been leading Salesforce and Certinia ERP implementations for over 4 years at Ladd Partners and is equipped with a Master’s degree in policy management. His expertise, coupled with his natural inclination for innovation and collaboration, has resulted in successful implementations and executive satisfaction. When he’s not busy working, Brandon loves making memories with his family/friends. He’s an avid traveler and concert-goer, always up for an adventure and ready to take on new experiences.
